Delete your account and data.
You can start account deletion in the Otamaker app. If you no longer have access to it, request deletion from this page. You can also request deletion of selected data while keeping your account.
Delete your Otamaker account
- Sign in to your account and open the Menu.
- Choose Account → Preferences → Account → Access and security.
- Under Account, select Delete account.
- Enter
DELETE_MY_ACCOUNTand choose Start deletion.
Your account is disabled and active sessions are revoked when you submit the request. A review email provides a 48-hour window to restore the account or complete deletion sooner. After the account is permanently purged, deletion cannot be undone.
Request account deletion by email
Email privacy@otamaker.app from any device. Say that you want to delete your Otamaker account and its associated data, and include your username and the email address linked to the account. We may need to verify that the account is yours before processing the request. Never send your password.

To request deletion of specific personal data without deleting your account, email privacy@otamaker.app. Include your username or account email, identify the data you want removed, and explicitly say that you want to keep your account. We will verify account ownership and explain any data that must be retained.

- Change your email address in Account → Access and security. Changing an address is not the same as deleting all associated data.
- Unlink Google sign-in in Access and security, if another sign-in method is available.
- Disconnect your Telegram account in Preferences → App → Telegram account. Packs already exported to Telegram are not removed by disconnecting.
- You can also request removal of public social links, a profile image or a banner while keeping your account by using the email option above.

Deleted with your account
After the review window and final processing, Otamaker removes your account and profile, stored stickers and packs, lists, linked sign-in identities, sessions and account-linked interactions from its active services.
Retained when required
Our published Privacy Policy lists security and access logs for 180 days and critical incident logs for up to one year. If a legal hold applies, final account deletion waits until that hold is resolved, which can extend beyond the 48-hour review window.
Final deletion is processed after the 48-hour review window, not necessarily at the exact moment it ends. Copies you previously exported to other services or shared with other people are outside Otamaker's active storage. For full details, read the Otamaker Privacy Policy.
